To be considered for the APP ASPIRE Reimbursement Program, applicants must submit the following documents and materials.
As part of your application, you will be asked to respond to the following prompts (combined word count limit: 1000 words).
Describe key accomplishments in your current APP role. Attach your current CV as supporting documentation.
Explain how you plan to use the reimbursement to further your career and positively impact patient care.
Share a specific example of a time when you directly improved patient care or the healthcare delivery system.
Describe a time when you went above and beyond in community engagement or patient advocacy.
Provide an example of how you demonstrated exemplary professionalism in your role as an APP.
A selection committee will review all applications and select reimbursement recipients based on the eligibility criteria and responses to the application questions. Selected recipients will be notified via email no later than 4–6 weeks after the deadline of the cycle in which they applied.
Please ensure that your completed application form and all required documents are submitted by the deadline for the current reimbursement cycle. Incomplete or late applications will not be considered.
