APP ASPIRE Program for Professional Development
The APP ASPIRE Program for Professional Development aims to recognize and support outstanding Advanced Practice Providers who demonstrate a commitment to excellence in their professional endeavors. This reimbursement will provide additional professional development funds to selected recipients, which may include conference registration fees, professional development resources, or expenses related to representation of UVA Health at a professional forum
Items eligible for reimbursement:
- Conference Registration Fees
- Professional Development Resources
- Expenses related to representation of UVA Health at a professional forum
Eligibility criteria:
- Applicants must be full-time employees
- Hold valid credentials as an Advanced Practice Provider
- Currently employed at UVA Health/UPG
Quarterly Application Cycle:
First Quarter:
July 1st - September 30th
Due Date: September 30th
Second Quarter:
October 1st - December 31st
Due Date: December 31st
Third Quarter:
January 1st - March 31st
Due Date: March 31st
Second Quarter:
April 1st - June 30th
Due Date: June 30th
There are 3-4 awards per cycle with a total of 10 awards per year. Any application submitted after deadline, will go towards the next application cycle.
