The Advanced Practice Provider you are nominating should have at least one year of experience at UVA and should be in good professional standing.
Criteria:
The recipient displays the following characteristics:
- Exceptional clinical knowledge
- Serves as a resource for others
- Practices evidence based medicine
- Demonstrates exemplary relationships with both patients and team members
- Unwavering commitment to care for all patients at all times to achieve excellent patient outcomes
- Consistently receives positive patient feedback
Recipient has distinguished themself through one or more of the following areas:
- Quality or process improvement
- Patient care innovation
- Mentorship or trainee teaching
- Community service
