- 500-word letter of intent describing why you wish to complete a postgraduate fellowship program in desired specialty (critical care, neurology, etc.)
- Three (3) letters of recommendation emailed directly from letter composer/writer by professional colleagues who can attest to qualifications, motivations, and other relevant characteristics suitable for the position.

- Application Cycle Closes: Late Spring
- Interview notification: Late Spring
- Interview process: Interviews are held virtually; top candidates may be asked to attend an on-site interview.
IMPORTANT 2024 PROGRAM DATES:
- Application closure: April 30, 2024
- Interview notifications: No later than May 10, 2024
- Interviews: Initial interviews will be virtual on the morning of May 30-31st, approximately 1 hour in length. A second round of in-person interviews may follow.
- Final decisions will be made no later than June 21, 2024
- Program start-date: October 28, 2024
